Customers and new vehicle first owners, beware of Lindsay Saker Germiston VW and this tracker, around September 2024 I saw a 2019 polo trendline 1.6, I app**** for vehicle finance and my application was successfully approved, I went for test driving, during test driving there was some issues on the vehicle which was not mentioned by salesman Isaac Ngwenya, I told him that I will not take this vehicle, since then Matrix is deducting money for vehicle which I didn't buy, I started calling Isaac Ngwenya from Germiston and he told me to contact Dewald from finance, he told me that he will resolve the problem but he didn't assist me, I called Matrix even today they told me that the policy has been canceled and I will never get any refund, today they deducted debited money from my account and I don't know when are they going to stop taking from my account
