Be AWARE - Unit does not work - THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR REQUISTES TO FIX WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR -HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>My Beame unit from Mix Telematics have not been operational for at least a month, maybe much longer. I logged this with them 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. They just ignore all emails. I would strongly advise consumers not to deal with this company!</p> <p>I have now reversed my debit order and cancelled all future debit orders out of pure frustration wiht these clowns! Be AWARE!</p>

It is unfortunate that a customer needs to go to these lenghts to get the service promised but they did resolve the issue after this review.
