Bad, useless, *********** service

I have posted about this before where I received an account for a period after my vehicle was sold and I cancelled the account, but due to "fine print" on the contract I had to pay it which I did. A month later I receive a text message from LGR Attorneys informing me that they will blacklist me if I do not pay the outstanding amount IMMEDIATELY.... I then try to phone Mix Telematics, but as per their proven incompetency, none of the lines gets answered...... It just rings and rings and rings. I the (by luck) got hold of their head office, and the lady at customer service confirmed that I have a zero balance tried to phone the accounts department...... She then confirmed that there is no answer...... Pathetic, Incompetency, useless...... I will NEVER in my life do business with this company again.
