Bad treatment when canceling account with them

A **** or not. I requested them to cancel my account with them due to the fact that my car was written. Thus they requested me to pay a settlement within certain period. Hence I did so. It was on January if my memory serves me well. They stopped from debiting my account until Match. On April, they started activating my account without my concern. I realized it on August, and I disputed it with Bank. My bank revised all the money that they took from April. Hence they started sending me smses and emails asking to pay the money that I have revised with my bank. I rang them several time to make them aware of this. However, they don't rectify this. They have even frightened me with the litigation, and I am still waiting for them to go that route.
