Bad stinking attitude from Telematics Agents I want out I’m taking my business somewhere where they respect Clients.
Telematics Agents are very rude and disrespectful towards it’s Clients. I have never been soo disrespected in my life like this before by an Agent telling me how poor I am. I’m a debtor, I have debts that is why I owe Matrix, I made a complaint to the Superiors Randy Mazibuko, Lethlogonolo Phalatse, Lerato Dlamini Since 14 July and I’m yet still waiting for the feedback regarding their rude Agent Nozipho.
