Bad services
I've been sending emails to matrixs with regards to the cancellation I did. When the sales lady called me she said to me this tracker is month to month and further explained to her that I will be selling the car I'm driving pretty soon and she responded and said I don't have to worry it is a month to month tracker. I then happen to sell the car as I mentioned and only to find now that I want to cancel they tell me now all of a sudden it's a contract. False advertising and giving customers the wrong information. I've been emailing them and trying to call them from last year I'm still not getting no response only lady keeps referring my case but I'm not getting responses. I advise people to not work this company absolutely the worst there is! I'm currently owing money due to them and my name is in the credit bureaus because of this company sues!
