Bad service received

I have never ecpirience a bad service like this in my life. I called to speak to service assistance i went through to Fezile Shaba i hope is her true name. She is rude and she said there is nothinng she can do i am call another department. An employee from the same company. So the story is i tried to cancell the tracker on my vehicle due to the bad service 2months ago. The was no response the only thing i will get is a ticket number and thats all. Then i stoped paying that is when they started sending me sms to pay and now they want to hand me over to the credit bureaus. Tjis company is pathetic i never claimed from them and now they want to blame me......and their staff is very Rude.
