Bad service provider/No customer care

The worst service provider for vehicle tracking services. I have called them several times and sent emails confirming cancellation of specific contracts. But oh no they are so nonchalant they ignore the requests and do not act on my requests - the only thing I get is emails with confirmation of receipt of request and some random number. No follow up, nothing. And their customer care people are... don’t get me started. Recommendation: find another service provider if you can, the effort is worth it.
