Bad service & no answer

I want to cancel my Beame Protect, but when reception transfer me to the cancellation department, there is no answer. I was on hold for an hour and then I had to put the phone down. All email addresses provided, by then, does not work. They cannot assist me, as I need to cancel this additional R45 a month ASAP.

Good day,

I have been billed this additional R45 after I have received a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation on the 27th of July already!

I will not pay for that invoice that you guys have sent my now recently - as I do have proof that cancellation has been confirmed and implemented immediately aa per your mail on the 27th of July.

This is my 2nd SMS received to pay this R45. Which once again, I will NOT pay - as I have received a confirmation email from you guys that it has been cancelled as per my request!

I’ve just received a SMS saying that I must pay this additional R45 otherwise they will take legal action??? This is ridiculous as I have proof on Hello Peter and my mails that this additional R45 has been cancelled a long time ago!!! Your urgent feedback is required! Please contact me today still - otherwise I will not be using Beame/Mix Telematrix anymore at all!
