Bad Service Mix Telematics problem draining car battery

Bad service received , after requesting cancellation, now i am requested to send copies of jobcards. For WHAT? Dont they keep their own records?

Requested CANCEL tracker On Saturday, 24 July 2021 Telematics technicians came to my house to check the tracker. Job card 406737 was issued. It was noted that the tracker was the cause of draining the battery and apparently there were 2 or more trackers on my car hence it was pulling a lot of power. As I had indicated I have one tracker unit removed, since it had been removed my car does not drain a battery. Your technicians could not take out the old tracker, apparently when a new tracker was installed on the 09 April 2021, Jobcard 391298 they did not remove the old tracker as confirmed by your technicians.

Reason the new tracker was installed in April its because it was said to me that the tracker might be old, and a new system is being used, so it might be the cause of the battery drainage. I pointed this out to the technician who came during April, he denied it could be the tracker that was draining my car battery.

After the new unit, I still experienced battery drainage. This has cost me a lot of money taking my car to different auto electricians, buying new car battery, only to find that the problem is the mix telematics MX2 tracker unit.

I have no faith anymore on this telematics tracker, and very unhappy with service received. I do not want any problems I do not want this MX2 tracking device on my car anymore. I have requested for cancellation, I am given round around.

I have send e-mails to *** , no repsonse to date.
Cancellation request I pay Settlement Amount R2 850.00 for theMX2 Budget Hardware cancellation for their problem caused by telematics. They failed to resolve / assist with the problem of battery drainage.
After failed assistance to have my tracker MX 2 tracker problem resolved. I wanted to change to a beame. But when I phoned beame team I was told my account has a problem and they are unable to assist me with the beame. I was also not allowed to down grade. I waould have to pay cancellation fee for MX 2 and sign up for a new contract with beame. Really???

Now I asked what is the way forward as I cannot pay for a tracker that is not working. As your technician indicated to me that an old tracker was not removed, when a new tracker was installed during April 2021, this also contribute to the battery drainage.
The telematics technician indicated that there was still a tracker on my car on the 24/07/2021. This is not working.

I have been taken from pillar to post, and wanted to cancel this tracker.
I have used MX 2 for over 10 years , not once have I ever had Telematics teams calling me to ask me to do maintenance on the tracker.
When I raised the issue of battery drainage during April 2021, I was told my unit was old it needed to be replaced, they did not resolve the battery drainage problem. Instead, a new unit was put in, without the old unit been taken out.
Now this led to my car battery drainage being worse than before, only to find out there were more than two trackers on my car pulling too much electric from the battery. I asked the auto electrician to remove the tracker. From there on my car never gave me problems. Telematics failed me in this instead.
When technicians came through, they removed a tracker and told me there were more than two trackers on my car, hence it was also causing so much battery drainage. They said the head office will contact me after then on a way forward.
I called customer on 5th Aug 2021, that i was unable to track my car on the app. I was rudely told how can i track my car when i have removed the tracker.
And yet the technicians told me they were two trackers on my car and one was still active according to them. Again, customer care failed to listen to my problem and to find a way to resolve / assist me as a customer.

Now telematics customer service staff, has not been helpful. All they focus on is that I removed the tracker so they are unable to assist me. Really...... they clearly do not have patience and good listening skills to listen to the customer where the problem started. I think Telematics has failed me here.
