BAD SERVICE, JUST DON'T EVER USE THEM!

The rating Mix telematics deserves is actually a ZERO!! I am utterly disappointed in the SERVICE and LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION that doesn't exist. I cancelled my contract TWO YEARS ago. At no point was I informed that I still owe them when cancelling. Two years later this amount appears negatively on my credit report. I try call them but their phones go unanswered, I send an email they don't respond. I contact them on the live chat they take forever to respond and tell you they will get an agent to call which doesn't happen. I contact them once again and finally get through. The service I received from the lady from Legal was DISGUSTING to say the least! All she could tell me is that I am trying to shift blame for not paying my account and keeping it up to date (an account which was closed!) Then she went on to tell me it is not THEIR JOB to contact clients and inform them of any unpaid amounts as I should know that I owe them. Basically no one wants to take responsibility for the mess they have put me in. I am just told to pay the money but my credit report which they have affected negatively is not their concern and they aren't willing to rectify this!
