Bad service from Mixtelmatics Beame

In August I had my two vehicle's Beame trackers tested by Matrix. 1. One vehicle tested fine and active. 2. The second vehicle tested out of order. Within a day a technician replaced the outdated unit. 3. According to the technician, the new unit is on my profile and he will cancel the old unit. 4. That day I requested and received both vehicles certification for my insurance. 5. I wanted to get another set of Beame certificates for my insurance Friday. 6 I noticed that I could only download one vehicles certification. 7.I phoned MatrixBeame on Saturday. There offices were closed until Monday. I left a whatsup message on Matrixbeame to contact me to assist nd. A message call that was ignored by them 8. I was told today after several calls made by me, that the non certificated vehicle has to be drivdn for 5-10 km. for that unit to be activated and then I can get certificates for my insurance for both vehicels. The technician did not tell me to drive this vehicle in order for the replacement unit to work. 9. I was billed for three units, which I telephonically quiried. I was told the old unit was not removed off my profile, but it was to be corrected. 10. I cannot even log on to Matrixbeame app today.
