Bad service from MATRIX CAR TRACK

After writing a complain about Mattix on hellopeter hours later I received a call from one of their consultants. ( they had handed over my account to Resima Holdings (attorneys), she said she would check with them to confirm whether I had settled the account—which I did months ago.

A few days later I received another statement from Matrix showing a different amount. They had promised to call me back before the end of that business day, but they never did.

I stand by what I said: signing a contract with Matrix feels like a death sentence
