Bad Service from agents query not resolved

I have been calling non stop holding for so long just to speak to an agent for them to drop the call or be rude or just not assist, this is very frustrating as I just want a zero balance statement on an account. I called this morning again over 5 times holding on for about 10minutes on each call just for the agent to drop the call!! The service is terrible!!! Then they gave me another number to call *** I called this number explained my story to the agent and then she dropped the call again!!! I called again 3 times then they answer but no-one talks. I need urgent assistance.
