Bad Service

I asked the company numerous times to change the phone number in an emergency to my wife's number , as she is driving the car with the tracking unit. They still phone me with regards to her car. It has been 6 or so months , I cannot get them to change a number. Imagine in an emergency what will happen if they cannot even change a phone number on a system.
