Bad service
I am so disappointed with Matrix,I have been calling them to change my banking details but they don't answer their calls,even if you leave a message for them to call you back they do not reply now I just received an sms Dear Reneilwe Philnia Mabitsela, Your Matrix\Beame\MiX Telematics account , is Due for Legal Handover due to None Payment. Make urgent payment of 496.90 to FNB Acc ***. Your ***. For any queries or to make alternative arrangements please contact ***. I am so angry so much money because of their stupid bad service.
