BAD SERVICE

I do not know what to do any more, i requested to cancel the tracking service with you guys in time and i was told that it is cancelled ,and the amount was going to be credited as i was charged after requesting to cancel .

It has been over 5 months and i m still waiting , and i keep on receiving a statement saying my account is in 90 days arrears , this is messing up my credit record for no reason .

initially the tracking device was added by Hyndai Pinetown without my Knowledge but i still honored the contract for 36 months as it was my mistake of signing for something i was not aware as a first time car buyer.

when i try to call the call center , i keep getting promises that the issue will be sorted , i will take it up with my lawyers as i cannot have my credit record messed up because of *********** peaple .
