Bad service

I feel things are fixed when you complain here on hello peter

I have been calling the call centre 4/5 times for them to reconcile and allocate my funds to my account so that my tracking app can work cos I have made payment on November, made payment for 2 months - a response I got was that it will automatically be fixed but I don’t see that happening and it’s been a good month not having an app that works

Why am I paying for a service I am not receiving, I can’t track my vehicles and their movement. Please assist ASAP
