Bad Service/Contact cancellation
Good day<br> <br> We want to cancel our subscription, we sold the one car - (new car arrive on friday) they want to charge me R 1400 to get out of the contract. That's 10 months premiums in advance. <br> <br> We were with C-track before we moved over to Matrix. (C-track asked for two months premiums to cancel) I have no problem to pay two months premiums in advance, but 10. That's in any profession<br> day light *******. <br> <br> I will for sure tell every one to think twice before they use Matrix as a recovery service for their motor vehicle.<br> <br> Wan't satisfied with the service, it looks like just a money making scheme, <br> <br> Phillip <br> <br> <br>
