Bad Service

I made an appointment with a call centre, for a fitment to be done this morning at 8am.

At 9h30 i check with the dealership and nobody arrives. I call the fitment centre that was to fit the unit and say they had no case number to go out. I asked them they are the agents for Mix Telematics and why didnt they follow up by 9h30 for an appointment at 8am. The fitment centre says it is my responsibility to follow up and not theirs. They were notified but without a case number so they wait for a case number. in the meantime i do not get the service. Pathetic service pre business.
