Bad Service at Mix Telematics
I have received a bad service from this Tracking company i have an account with them with 2 Cars but im not able to get hold of them. I bought another Car in November been trying to contact them so that I can add another car but till today I can't get hold of them. So now i wrote an email to cancel my contract that's when they able to contact me and they want to charge me for cancellation fee R1450 per Car Yet they failed me . I have a simple question for them What if my Car was ****** and when i call them I cant get hold of them? how safe am i with this Tracking company?
