Bad service and Unauthorized debit orders

I receive numerous SMSs from the company to pay my outstanding and when I call I'm told there is no outstanding the sms is an error but a few days down the line I'm told I'm owing the company. I'm debited twice with defferent debit order references from the same company, I'm told one is the unit Beamie and the other is added services, on the added services one is charged the same value for recovery service that is serving the same purpose on a different debit order, when I want to cancel I'm told I cannot cancel the added services within six months. I've written an email to them to cancel services they still threaten to send me to credit bureau if I don't pay up R293 when they actually debit me over R 400 monthly. Just wanna warn people out there not to fall for so called added advanced service from Telematics company, no consultant is able to even explain the difference. Very bad service
