bad service and misleading people

On the 16th of November, I was called by Brian from Matrix who told me that my current tracker has expired and he would like to offer me a Matrix vehicle tracker. I was hesitant however I agreed to his offer and he gave me a cooling-off period of 7 days.

On the 17th of November, they installed the tracker, Monday the 27th of November I called my old tracker company and to my surprise, my tracker is still active until May 2024. So Brian **** to me and even told me I could cancel it without any charges. The same day after calling my current tracker company I decided to cancel the Matrix vehicle tracker. They refused to cancel it and told me to pay a settlement fee of R159+R2521+ R958= 3638

This afternoon I spoke to a lady who was going to call me back regarding this matter and she never did, when I called back their offices were closed for the day. Please cancel this vehicle tracker. I cannot pay for 2 vehicle trackers plus I requested for a cancellation within 7 days.
