Bad service and false promises from Matrix

I recently traded in my vehicle and got another one. Been contacting Matrix to assist with fitting in a new tracker in my new vehicle and wow it feels like I’m begging them for a service I’m paying for. They upgraded my cover and said they’ll come fit it over the weekend. They did not come. They don’t even respond to emails, its frustrating honestly because they are still debiting my account but not delivering. Its not safe driving around without a tracker. Can someone from Matrix please assist.
