Bad service and extremely hard to cancel
Installed Matrix Beamie in 2016, contract was for 3 years which ended in 2020. I continued using and paying for the device on a month to month basis since I didn’t agree to any new contract. The year is now 2023 and I changed my insurance so they needed the installation certificate. To my surprise when I ask for it was told that my device has not been working since 2020 yet I have been debited for it. So I sent an email for them to come fix or install a new working unit on the 5 July 2023. As the consultant advised me with that. Till today no one came to install or fix, I then sent a cancellation email to their emails cced their account team on the 18 July 2023. They still debit and send me threats of taking me to credit bureau.
We confirm that one of our Client Service Department has been in contact with you and requested credit to clear the arrears on the account.
The matter has been escalated to our Finance Department for approval.
