Bad service, and cannot even resolve customer issues

To everybody who wish to cover their vehicles with Mix telamatix/ beame tracker try to run away from Mix telamatix company, they have such a bad service, and cannot resolve customer issues. They do not care about anything. I'm currently paying on a unit that is not even on my vehicle. My advice, if they call, just decline and find something better. ****s
