BAD SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!!
I cancelled my beame beginning of last month and they are still deducting the monthly debit order after i told them that i want a once off payment for cancelation, up to now nobody phoned me back after about 3 emails and this happened before and it also ended up in a desaster. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY PHONE ME AS IM A EXCISTING CUSTOMER AND CANT TAKE THIS BAD SERVICE!!!
