bad service

I’m really disappointed with the service from Matrix. After installing their tracker on my vehicle, I had to wait nine months and complain several times before finally receiving a panic button. Even now that I have it, the button is completely useless , whenever I press it, no one calls me or responds. The product and service have been a huge letdown, and I don’t feel any safer having it installed.
