Bad service

I have been trying to cancel my Beame Tracker since 25 SEP 2024. No one responded to emails and no one answers calls. I was told to pay R160.00 before cancelling the tracker, which I did paid and sent proof of payment to ***. I have send follow up email on 20 Dec 2024 still no respond.
