Bad service

My account was sent to Experian Credit Bureau to be blacklisted, Even though I had paid in full and closed it. Despite settling the account, I am still backlisted. Both Experian and Mixtelamatics assured me that I would be removed from the blacklist after 60 days. Today marks 60 days, and am still blacklisted.
