Bad service

To my knowledge matrix don't deserve even 1 star. My wife just finished her shift at work to find out the battery was ******, weren't they suppose to call or notify us that the battery was disconnected. To my knowledge they were suppose to do it and that's tge main reason why is dropped cartrack and joined them thinking they were more professional
