Bad service

The after service is really bad. I've sent numerous emails, and all you receive is a self generated reply with a reference number....

The one lady phoned me back after struggling for three days to get hold of someone on the phone (try calling them on ***... you'll be lucky if you get assistance). You can trace the call on 9/3/2022 at 16:02.... apparently you record call so you'll hear on that call that your associate say that you will not refund my R86, but you'll credit it to my account...yet you did not do it. I also only received my correct certificate two months later.

Please honour your word and treat your customers with respect....why lobby for more customers when you cannot service those currently in need of professional service.

Please credit my account or terminate my contract...you can take double payments and make as if it fine if you ignore customer's queries.

Just a few of my ref numbers: ***3, ***6, ***2. It the principle of the matter.... you can't be happy with your business ethics!!
