Bad Service
Firstly I will like to thank Lungile Sibeko for her patience and service.she deserves loads of gratitude.
Can the Finance department learn something from her..communicating with clients is key.
However I am stuck with a clearance letter stating I am not owing Beamie yet my Credit bureau shows that am in arrears of R318 and has been there for over a month of which is not true because I don't owe you and have never owed you.
Sent an email to Debtors but no reply.this is the only way one gets feedback from you guys because you don't want bad publicity but yourll services is horrible.
Please clear my name on bureau as it's affecting my credit score for no particular reason whats so ever.

21 Oct 2023, 13:55This matter has not been resolved other than that Olivia Mokoena told me to wait for 2 months for this matter to be resolved I than asked her why 2 months as it didn't take beamie 2 months to accusse me of owing R318..I need my name cleared asap cause Olivia has actually failed to answer my question and blocked my email address.
