Bad service
I have requested for my subscription to be cancelled in July and was asked to make a final payment for June and I immediately payed. This month they have tried to debit my account. They are quick to sell their products but slow to deliver service and to opt out customers from their service. I will never ever use Matrix and I won’t recommend my friends and family.
