Bad service

Good Day

I have a shocking experience with beame tracker I signed a contract with them witch say they will deduct the monthly payment every month on my account my account details was there on the contract but they decided not to deduct payment until now they kept on calling me to say I owe them money that I was not even aware of and sending me threatening emails that they will take this metter to the lawyers I then advised them that but the contract said you will deduct the money every month on my account every month I don’t know anything about me have to eft the money they now sending me lawyers to call me and threatening me if I don’t pay them they will take legal steps how so because I have a contract that saying they will deduct the money every month

I am very disappointed on your consultant who is very rude you guys told me my contract was a 38 months contract but now you have a nerve to tell me that I have to send an email and cancel wow you’re a ***** and you can take me to your lawyers I have a copy of a contract with my banking details

I will not agree into anything hence it is not my problem that you did not deduct the monthly payment into my account like your contract said and the nerve to tell me to cancel the contract that was ended already you need to learn to stop harassing your client will lawyers I know my rights as your customer you should go back to the contract I signed with you and stop with the threats hope everyone can see how your treat your customers so you can lose business until you learn how to handle your clients
