BAD SERVICE

I contacted mix telematics on multiple occasions to tell them my beame tracker has been paid upfront for 24months and thwy can see it on their system. I spoke to multiple consultants over the past year and a half and no one fixed my issue. I've emailed them and called and today I get a sms stating my accou t has been handed to the credit bureaus as an arrears on my account. I call them they on their system I don't owe them a cent. The consultant tells me she can't resolve the issue as the manager has to. Until now I'm waiting on a reply from them. No calls nothing.
