Bad service
I had tracker account with Mix telematics and I phoned them at the end of March after I got involved in an accident that my car has been written I won't be renewing my traker account . I got an cancellation notification on the 13 April but the contract was not cancelled I'm still billed for the subscription of May and where else I'm not in procession of the car since the end of April.
