Bad service
In my 14 years of being an emergency services dispatcher, I can honestly say that Matrix is THE WORST tracking company to deal with. They show no interest when it comes to working along side others when it comes to recoveries. They would rather have a client loose a car than accept help from others. You even battle just to get confirmation from them whether someone is a client or not. Even when its SAPS members enquiring. Wasting time and further increasing the chances of a vehicle not being recovered. Honestly I have dealt with all the tracking companies and Matrix is the worst.
