bad service
<p>I had beame recovery unit installed on my vehicle about 3 years ago I got involved in a car accident in april 2016 and the car has been written off I called matrix to cancel the cover with since I no longer had the vehicle I was given a cancellation emailed address to sent through the request which I did and I asked them if the will be any cancellation fee I was advised that the will no fee as the contract reached 36 months anyway but to my suprise they keep on debiting my account and I'm gonna keep reversing your debit orders as according to me our contract has ended and I no longer have the vehicle, if you don't stop debiting my account il report you to ombudsman you can even pull off your call recording </p>
