Bad service
I cancelled my account with Matrix telephonically stating that I sold my car, they've been sending messages that my account is in areas and debiting my account , I've been calling their offices to no avail Left messages with the receptionist Rececca and Linda to have someone contact me to resolve this matter? Sent an email to their accounts and client care all to no avail, I've only been sent reference numbers with no assistance.
