Bad service

They are very good but not when you sell your car, after I sold my car I called them to remove it from that car, they sad that they are gonna cancel it because I'm due for a upgrade that's fine. So week whet passed heard nothing I called again now I do not approve for the upgrade because of my credit score but no one calles me so I said I do not understand why because for the passed 2 years every month they got they money, so she said she will call me back. So after 5 days they called me to tell me to cancel I must email so and so but how said I want to cancel, so I was not in the mood anymore so I email to cancel after a week no reply, I called again still not canceld and they still exist that I pay end of this month, I'm tried now for a month to cancel with no success this is not on. Still waiting for a call again
