1 month ago we fit a upgrade in our Vw now for the second moth thy take double the amount for the matrix. when i phone them to ask what is going on the lady said she can not help me because it is on my Wife name. She said because of the poppyact she cant help So if i gone phone you to tell you the car is ****** you also gone tell me it is on my wife name? Im not happy ant the info on the vechle is olso wrong i want to fix it but now you gone tell me it is not on my name. please phone me asap..
