Bad matrix service

Stay away from matrix tracking thay are catching people under false pretend and tel you now you have a contract. I was phoned by them to say that te tracking unit in my vehicle will stop working soon and that they need to put in a new unit to which we then agreed but never did they told me that this will mean that i agreed to a new contract. Everything was then done but to my surprise I received a email saying that I am in arrears on my account so i phoned them and was informed that it was pro-rata so i ask why must i pay pro rata as they did get the monthly installment, the lady then told me that she will check she then told me that i missed December 2021 payment tgen when i asked how is this possible that for more than a year did they not phone me and asked to check she the again said now its a payment for a new unit . I asked het then if you say i missed a months payment what would have happened if my car was ****** so they would not have recovered it . I then said if you can not even control a account how will you recover my vehicle so requested a cancelation now they say i have a new contract and must pay more than R4000 to cancel it. People stay away from them they can not be trusted and what they are doing is *******ion and *****ing money from customers under false pretence.
