Bad experience

I have been writing emails to them asking to update my credit information on Credit Bureau since I’ve cancelled their services and paid all the money I owed them. I have been getting no responses and I have trouble with my credit score since they haven’t updated on credit bureau that I no longer owe them and I’m no longer their creditor. I’ve sent thousands of emails with no responses for the past 2 months. Their customer service is poor and very bad, I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
