Bad ethical business company

We had a tracker put in from Matrix, unit didn't work they like said it would, no high risk area alerts, no high speed alerts,unit is not accurate with the tracking via App or computer. They came and removed the unit and now they sitting with our unit and they now also want us to pay a cancellation fee, we have also requested that the recordings be sent to us but quest what MR George thinks he is Mr cool cat plays it to us offer the phone. I wont recommend this company to anybody, they are *******, lack of communication and ***********. But we will see how far they will get with this case.
