Bad decisions to have joined Matrix 😠

I have recently installed car tracker with Matrix is less than a month, from yesterday morning when I work up the car couldn't start I brushed it off I then put another battery late around 4pm this morning again after I drove less than 50kms with the other battery I parked the car, in the morning when i start the car it gives me a red "see owners manual" battery sign,

I then called the matrix customer service centre where they telling me I should book my car to the dealer and I should inform them after and I should at least give them 2 days notice. I'm here stuck they say they can't send their technicians to come check the device to me, I should hire a tow truck myself to take the car to the dealer. My car is out of warranty I'm no longer serving at mercedes because it is expensive for me how will I get the money now to book with the dealer?

And the Lady is very proud to say there's nothing they can do for me.

This is my everyday drive car now I can't do my things😠😠
