Bad customer support

Horrible service from this company would not recommend them to anyone. They sent me an sms with an outstanding amount of money i need to pay through the ozow platform. Which i did by the way they dont tell you what to use as a reference so i used my id number.

Then couple of days after i got a sms that says they have given me over to the credit bureaus, i mean they didnt even call me to find out if there is a misunderstanding or if something is wrong they just gave me over to the bureaus. This will affect everything i want to do with my credit score just because they dont have a system in place.

Then i called then to explain and all the guy can tell me is, its not showing on their side sorry he will send me the statement. Didnt even give me the opportunity to send proof of payment or anything.

I mean is this how you treat your customers ? Looks like sometimes the more affordable option is not always the best.
