Bad Customer Service Experience
As my Car tracking company, they are really disappointing me with customer service. Everytime I call Mix Telematrix, no one answers the phone. If I do get through, I am told I will be tranfered to another department. That department will not answer their phones. It rings and rings with no one answering.
