Bad customer service
I have tried to get in contact with the debtors department from Mix Telematics with no success. I have paid my bill and it is up to date but I am still getting texts stating that they are handing over my account to LRG Attorneys if I don't pay.
My biggest question is when is do you guys even check these accounts before sending these messages?
Please advise how i can contact you to correct this.
