Bad customer service
I should have know from the very beginning that this company is very bad at providing sound services. They added home drive to my bill and when I call to request it cancelled they told me to send an email. I have been waiting for them to remove home drive for weeks now and whenever I call in, my calls get transferred.
Mix Telematics has a ****ty customer service, they don't take care of their customers.
